The Forum will lay the foundation for the 65th Annual National Conference on Citizenship, being held the next day, September 17, at the Library of Congress. Our theme, "BIG Citizenship: Citizens as Catalysts and Innovators" will showcase ways individuals everywhere are self-organizing to meet community needs while demanding transparency and accountability from elected officials and greater social responsibility from corporations.
