The Average ACT score of a teenager is around a 20, that is just sad and proves that they are way too stupid to be choosing our leaders. Not all teenagers are idiots, as there are many who are hard working well informed students. It would be unfair to ban them all from voting. Should the voting age be pushed back or should there be some kind of test to determine which teenagers are informed enough to vote?
